Since 2002, Jen and Tod Owsley have been shaping the infrastructure of the West Coast’s most elegant celebrations. What began with Zephyr Tents evolved into handcrafted rental furnishings, and now, The Water Cottage provides a refined, luxury restroom trailer experience for your event.
For Jen and Tod, this work is deeply personal. Each trailer is meticulously maintained, every placement thoughtfully planned, and every event treated with the utmost care. Because to them, every detail matters just as much as the celebration itself.

A Designer’s Vision Meets a Builder’s Precision.
The Water Cottage was born from experience. After decades of supporting the Bay Area’s most prestigious events, Jen and Tod noticed a gap in the market. Restroom solutions often didn’t match the elegance of their other rentals. Style typically stopped at the bathroom door, but they believed it didn’t have to.
Jen’s background in event planning, and Tod’s craftsmanship and eye for materials, inspired their vision. Together, they created a fleet of trailers that feel residential, calm, and considered. Each unit boasts thoughtful touches: wooden cabinetry, wainscoting, soft lighting, and the gentle scent of curated diffusers.
Their goal was not just to create a restroom; it was to create an elevated experience. The result is something more than a trailer. It’s a private guest suite on wheels that blends into the most beautiful settings, offering guests comfort and luxury without compromise.
