Every detail, from transportation to table settings, needed to convey sophistication. The venue was stunning: a hillside estate with sweeping vineyard views and no built-in infrastructure, restrooms, or water access. It was just a long gravel driveway that demanded precise navigation and setup. Our team worked closely with the event planner and property owner to ensure an early morning delivery that wouldn’t disrupt the flow of event preparations. To suit the venue, the team chose a 16-foot unit for its spacious interior and classic styling.
Once on-site, we leveled and skirted the trailer, and added floral window boxes By the time guests arrived, the trailer had disappeared into the landscape. No one gave it a second thought until they stepped inside & experienced the difference.
