The 18’ Water Cottage is the largest in our fleet, crafted to accommodate high guest counts. This exquisite unit, tailored for large-scale weddings, galas, and festivals, blends practicality with thoughtful design. Every detail ensures a comfortable experience for all guests, even in the most expansive settings.
Unit Highlights
The 18′ Water Cottage offers two distinct suites. The women’s suite features three stalls and two sinks, while the men’s suite includes one stall, two urinals, and two sinks. Both suites come with premium soaps, linen-like hand towels, Nest diffusers. Like all Water Cottages, it offers warm ambient lighting and climate control for the comfort of your guests.
This unit accommodates events with up to 400 guests. It’s ideal for galas, multi-day setups, and venues that require both high capacity and sophisticated style. With a footprint of 12’ by 23’, it offers ample interior space. Despite its size, it remains surprisingly easy to position. Floral boxes, polished vanities, and an efficient flow make it our best choice for large-scale events.

Full Exterior Setup
Outfitted with tire covers, a tongue skirt, and faux florals, the 18’ Water Cottage showcases a clean and unobtrusive exterior. Its sophisticated design blends beautifully with tents, vineyards, estates, and other outdoor venues.
Women’s Suit Interior
A spacious, thoughtfully arranged layout with private stalls and pedestal sinks. Refined finishes maintain a luxurious atmosphere, even in high-traffic areas with frequent guest turnover.
Men’s Suite Interior
An efficient, upscale design with one enclosed stall, two urinals, and a double sink space. Ideal for maintaining smooth guest flow, even in high-traffic events.

Signature Amenities
Each trailer includes our Nest diffuser system and high-end soaps. We also provide linen-like disposable towels and soothing ambient fragrances to engage the senses and enhance the luxurious experience.

It is pre-installed with faux white hydrangeas or available for customization. It is designed to match the clean, natural aesthetic of vineyards, gardens, and estate venues.
