The 12’ Water Cottage offers two private restrooms. The women’s suite features two stalls and a sink, while the men’s suite includes one stall, one urinal, and a sink. Each space delivers hot and cold water, climate control, Bluetooth speakers, and our signature Nest diffusers. Stylish touches, such as board-and-batten walls, marble pedestal sinks, and soft ambient lighting, elevate the guest experience with unexpected elegance.
This unit accommodates up to 150 guests, depending on duration and flow. It’s perfect for private homes, chef-prepared dinner events, and intimate gatherings. With a width of 8.5 feet and a total length of 19 feet, the Water Cottage seamlessly fits into event spaces. It requires two 20-amp power sources and a water hookup, though an onboard water tank is available upon request.
